Pre-heat your oven as shown. Remove all packaging. Place the prawns skewers onto a lined baking tray. Place on the top shelf of the oven and cook for 10 minutes.; Shallow Fry - From Chilled. 5-6 min
Remove all packaging. Add 20ml of oil to a hot frying pan and fry the prawns skewers over a medium heat for 1 minute. Turn the prawns skewers and add 20ml of water to the pan and cook for a further 4-5 minutes.
