190°C, Fan 170°C, Gas 5, 40 min per kilo + 25 mins
Pre-heat your oven as shown.
Remove from all packaging. Place onto baking tray in the centre of the oven. Cook for the time stated on the front of pack. Baste occasionally throughout cooking and cover with foil if becoming too brown.
Ensure the chicken is fully cooked by inserting a skewer into the thickest part of the bird.
