Oven cook - From Chilled. Please remove all packaging before cooking/defrosting.
Pre-Heat Oven to 190°C, 375°F, Gas Mark 5, Fan Assisted 180°C. Season the meat place in a roasting tray and cover with foil. Cook on the middle shelf of the oven for 20 minutes per kg, plus a further 70 minutes. Remove the foil for the final 25 mins of cooking. Once cooked cover and keep warm, allow to rest for 15-20 minutes before carving.
Insert a skewer into the thickest part, the juices should run clear, if pink continue cooking. There should be no pink meat remaining.
