Pre-heat your oven as shown. Remove all packaging and place sachets aside for later use. Transfer the contents of the pouch into an ovenproof dish, cover with foil. Cook in the centre of the oven for 30 minutes. Remove from oven, shred meat using 2 forks, mix well with juices, return to oven, uncovered, for a further 10 minutes.
