200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6, 46 min
Pre-heat your oven as shown. Remove all packaging and place sauce sachet aside for later use. Transfer the contents of the pouch into an ovenproof dish, cover with foil and place in the centre of the oven for 30 minutes. Carefully remove from oven and discard the foil. Pour the contents of the sauce sachet over the lamb and mix well with the cooking juices. Return to the oven, uncovered for a final 16 minutes. Stir the sauce well before serving.
