Leave for 10 minutes then remove any moisture with a paper towel. Brush on a little oil and sprinkle over about 1/4 teaspoon of fine salt and massage or rub over the surface of the pork belly. Cook in an air fryer for 45 minutes at 200°C. Allow the pork to rest and the skin crisp up before serving. Open the sauce pouch into a small pan and warm up the sauce while the pork is resting.
