Oven cook - From Chilled. Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving.
200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6, 2 hr + 45 min
Pre-heat your oven as shown. Remove film. Cover foil tray loosely with foil and place onto a baking tray in the centre of the oven for 2 hours 30 minutes. Remove from the oven, remove foil, baste and return to the oven for a further 15 minutes.

Storage:
Keep refrigerated below 4°C. Use within 24 hours of opening.
Do not exceed the date shown. Suitable for home freezing.
Freeze as soon as possible and within the date indicated. Best within 1 month.
Defrost thoroughly in the refrigerator and use the same day.
Once thawed, do not refreeze.
