Pre-heat your oven to temperature indicated. Remove all packaging and set the sauce sachet and cheese to one side.
Place chicken on a baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven. Cook for 18 minutes. Spread the sauce over the chicken and sprinkle with the cheese and cook for further 8 minutes. Stand for 2 minutes before serving.
