Oven cook - From Chilled. Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat.
200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6, 50 min
Pre-Heat your oven as shown. Remove all packaging and place sachet aside for later use. Transfer the contents of the pouch into an ovenproof dish, cover with foil. Cook in the centre of the oven for 45 minutes. Remove from oven, discard foil, baste with the juices, then cook for a further 5 minutes. Roughly chop or shred the meat and serve with the sauce.
