Oven cook - From Chilled. Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat.
200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6, 25 min
Pre-heat your oven as shown. Place the sauce sachet to one side. Empty contents of the pouch into an ovenproof dish. Cover with lid or foil and cook in the centre of the oven for 20 minutes. Carefully remove from the oven and glaze pork with the juices in the dish. Place back into the oven without a lid or foil and cook for a further 5 minutes. Remove from oven and pour over the contents of the sachet. Using 2 forks, pull the pork apart and serve.
