Oven cook - From Chilled. Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat.
200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6, 40 min
Pre-heat your oven as shown.
Remove outer packaging and place glaze sachet aside for later use.
Transfer the contents of the pouch into an ovenproof dish. Place in the centre of the oven, uncovered, for 35 minutes. Baste with the cooking juices every 10 minutes. Remove from oven and discard any juices. Open the sachet of glaze and pour over the lamb spreading evenly. Return to the oven, uncovered, for the a further 5 minutes.
