Air Fry - From Chilled. Based on a minimum 1400w/3.8 litre air fryer. Pre-heat air fryer to 200°C. Place the sauce sachets to one side. Empty the contents of the pouch into the air fryer and spread out the pieces. Cook at 200°C for 14 minutes, halfway through cooking turn over the wings or shake the basket. After 14 minutes coat the wings with the jerk barbecue sauce and place back in the air fryer for 1 minute. After 1 minute remove from the air fryer place in a bowl and coat with the fruity Caribbean sauce. Ready to serve.; Cooking Instructions - General. Cooking appliances vary. Pre-heat your oven as shown. Keep the sachets to one side. Empty the contents of the protein pouch into an ovenproof dish or foil tray. Place into the centre of the oven for 20 minutes, turning halfway through and separate the pieces if required. After 20 minutes carefully remove from the oven. Coat the wings with the jerk barbecue sauce and place back in the oven for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes serve and drizzle the fruity Caribbean sauce on top.
