Air Fry - From Chilled. Based on a minimum 1400w/3.8 litre air fryer. Appliances may vary. Pre-heat air fryer to 200°C. Place the sachets to one side. Empty the contents of the pouch into the air fryer and spread out the pieces. Cook at 200°C for 15 minutes, halfway through cooking turn over the wings or shake the basket. After 15 minutes remove from the air fryer place in a bowl and coat with sauce then sprinkle the crispy onions on top before serving.; Cooking Instructions - General. Cooking appliances vary. Pre-heat your oven as shown. Keep the sachets to one side. Empty the contents of the protein pouch into an ovenproof dish or foil tray. Place into the centre of the oven for 25 minutes turning halfway through and separate the pieces if required. After 25 minutes carefully remove from the oven. Coat the wings with the sachet of sauce and sprinkle the crispy onions on top before serving.
