200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6, 30 min
Pre-heat your oven as shown. Remove all packaging and place sauce sachet aside for later use. Transfer the contents of the
Pouch into an ovenproof dish, baste meat with the juices and cover with foil. Cook in the centre of the oven for 25 minutes. Carefully remove from oven, discard the foil and any juices. Pour the contents of the sauce sachet over the meat. Return to the oven for a final 5 minutes. Use 2 forks to pull the meat apart to shred.
