Oven cook - From Chilled. Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving. Ensure product is thoroughly cooked, juices run clear and that no pink colour remains.
190°C, Fan 170°C, Gas 5, 1 hour 35 mins
Pre-heat your oven as shown. Place chicken in its bag into a deep roasting tray in the centre of the oven. Do not open or pierce the bag before cooking. Cook for 1 hour 25 minutes. Remove the chicken from the oven and open the bag by slitting down the front with a knife or scissors. Return the chicken to the oven and cook for a further 10 minutes. Allow to rest for 5-10 minutes before carving.
