This is normal and will disappear when the meat is exposed to the air. Unwrap and dispose of packaging carefully.
Pre-heat your oven to 200°C/Fan 180°C/Gas Mark 6, remove sachets and keep to one side until required. Place the fillets on a lined baking tray and cook for 15 minutes. Remove from the oven, pour over both sauce sachets. Put back in the oven for 5 minutes, then serve.
