Oven cook - From Chilled. Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving. Ensure product is thoroughly cooked, juices run clear and that no pink colour remains.
190°C, Fan 170°C, Gas 5, 1 hour 5 min
Pre-heat your oven as shown. Place chicken crown in its bag into a deep roasting tray in the centre of the oven. Do not open or pierce the bag before cooking. Cook for 50 minutes. Remove the crown from the oven and open the bag by slitting down the front with a knife or scissors. Return the crown to the oven and cook for a further 15 minutes. Allow to rest for 5-10 minutes before carving.

Store raw meat covered at the bottom of the fridge. Use separate kitchen utensils and surfaces for raw meat and poultry or wash thoroughly after use. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from cooked foods. Wash hands after handling raw meat and poultry. Unwrap and dispose of packaging carefully.
