Shallow Fry - From Chilled. Heat 1tbsp of oil in a frying pan over a medium heat and add steak. Ensure the meat is fully sealed on all sides. Medium; fry the steaks for 3-4 minutes each side. Well Done; or thicker steaks; extend cooking time until cooked to preference. Remove from heat, cover and allow to rest for 5-10 minutes.
