Oven cook - From Chilled. Pre-Heat oven to 200°C, 400°F, Gas Mark 6 Fan Assisted 190°C. Season the meat and place in a roasting tray and cook on the middle shelf of the oven. Medium; cook for 20 minutes per 500g. plus 20 minutes. Well Done: extend cooking time. Once cooked cover and keep warm, allow to rest for 15-20 minutes before carving. These instructions are given only as a guide.
