Shallow Fry - From Chilled. Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving. Remove from packaging. Cut 1" slices maximum, dust with seasoned flour before cooking. Carefully place the kidney in the pan with oil on a medium heat and cook for 8-10 minutes, turning frequently.
