Cooking Guidelines
Oven cook - From Chilled. Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving. Pre-heat your oven to 180°C. Remove all packaging. Sear in hot oil in a pan. In a casserole dish, half cover hearts with stock and braise for 1 hour 30 minutes. For fan assisted ovens reduce cooking temperature by 20°C.

Store raw meat covered at the bottom of the fridge. Use separate kitchen utensils and surfaces for raw meat and poultry or wash thoroughly after use. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from cooked foods. Wash hands after handling raw meat and poultry. Unwrap and dispose of packaging carefully.
