Recipe Inspiration
Cook crushed garlic and chillies together, take off the heat and mix with olive oil and chopped flat leaf parsley. Toss through spaghetti and serve.

Cooking tips
Pick leaves as you need them, don't cut them with scissors. Tear leaves instead of chopping them - they'll look and taste better. Rinse in cold water before use. Add at the end of cooking for maximum flavour.
