Shallow Fry - From Chilled. Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving. Ensure product is thoroughly cooked, juices run clear and that no pink colour remains.
Pre-heat 2 tsp. (10ml) of oil in a frying pan over a medium heat. Remove all packaging and place diced turkey in the pan ensuring pieces are evenly spread. Cook for 12 minutes, turning occasionally during cooking. Allow to stand for 1 minute.

Do not wash poultry before cooking. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from cooked foods. Use separate kitchen utensils and surfaces for raw meat and poultry or wash thoroughly after use. Wash hands after handling raw meat and poultry. Unwrap and dispose of packaging carefully.
