Pre-heat your oven as shown.
Remove all packaging. Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven, turning occasionally during cooking.; Stir Fry - From Chilled. 8-10 min
Remove all packaging. Heat 1x15ml (1 tablespoon) of oil in a wok or large frying pan over a medium to high heat. Add chicken and stir fry continuously.
