Oven cook - From Chilled. Pre-heat oven to 170°C, 350°F, Gas Mark 4, Fan Assisted 160°C. Season the meat, fry and brown the meat over a medium to high heat. Place in an oven proof dish cover with beef stock and add vegetables. Cover with foil and cook in the oven for 3 - 3 1/2 hours.
