Cooking Guidelines
Oven cook - From Chilled. Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat. If product is frozen, defrost thoroughly and cook as chilled. Please remove all packaging before cooking/defrosting.
180°C, Fan 160°C, Gas 4, 2 hour 30 min 3 hour
Pre-heat your oven as shown.
Season the meat. In a heavy based pan, fry and brown the meat over a medium to high heat. Place in an ovenproof dish, cover with stock and add seasonal vegetable. Cover with foil and cook in the oven. Alternatively this can be cooked on the hob for 3 hours 30 minutes to 4 hours.
