Cooking Instructions - General. Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving.
Do not reheat. Please remove all packaging before cooking/defrosting.; Hob - From Chilled. Alternatively this can be cooked on the hob for 2 hours 30 minutes to 3 hours.; Oven cook - From Chilled. Pre-heat your oven to 180°C/Fan 160°C/Gas Mark 4. Season the meat. In a heavy based pan, fry and brown the meat over a medium to high heat. Place in an ovenproof dish, cover with stock and add seasonal vegetable. Cover with foil and cook in the oven for 2 hours 30 minutes to 3 hours.
