Cooking Instructions - General. Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide.
Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving.; Hob - From Chilled. Place marrowbone in a pan of water and bring to the boil, reduce heat and simmer for 35-40 minutes until marrowbone has rendered down and use as beef stock.; Oven cook - From Chilled. Pre-heat your oven to 190°C/375°F/Gas Mark 5. Place marrowbone in a single layer on a baking tray. Cook for 30-35 minutes, turning halfway through cooking.
