Cooking Guidelines
Air Fry - From Chilled. Pre-heat air fryer to 170°C. Remove all packaging. Place pork loins in basket, spread evenly in a single layer and place in air fryer. Cook for 13-14 minutes, turn halfway. Allow to stand for 1 minute.; Barbecue - From Chilled. Follow the above grill or fry instructions then place immediately onto a pre-heated barbecue for a further 5 minutes to finish off.; Cooking Instructions - General. Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving.
Do not reheat. Ensure product is thoroughly cooked, juices run clear and that no pink colour remains.; Grill - From Chilled. Remove all packaging and place under a pre-heated grill on a medium/high heat and cook for 7 minutes each side turning frequently until fully cooked. Ensure the meat is fully sealed on all sides.; Shallow Fry - From Chilled. Remove all packaging and heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a frying pan over a high heat. Once the pan is hot, fry the steaks for 5 minutes each side turning frequently until fully cooked. Ensure the meat is fully sealed on all sides.
