Air Fry - From Frozen. Based on a minimum 1400w/3.8 litre air fryer. Pre-heat air fryer to 180°C.
Remove all packaging. Place fillets in the basket, spread evenly in a single layer in the air fryer for 14 minutes. Allow to stand for 1 minute.
