Serving Size 100g-180g: 1-2 mins; Serving Size 200-300g: 2-3 mins
1. Place sealed bag on microwavable dish in the centre of the microwave and pierce film. Cook on full power for the required time. Ensure the product is piping hot, cooked through and the fish flakes easily with a fork.
2. Leave to stand for 1 minute. Serve and enjoy.; Oven cook - From Chilled. 180C / Gas 4
Serving Size 100g-180g: 10-12 mins; Serving Size 200-300g: 12-16 mins
1. Place sealed bag on a baking tray and pierce film. Cook in the middle of a pre heated oven at 180°C/356°F/Gas Mark 4 for the required time. Ensure the product is piping hot, cooked through and the fish flakes easily with a fork
2. Leave to stand for 1 minute. Serve and enjoy.; Shallow Fry - From Chilled. Medium Heat
Serving Size 100g-180g: 7-10 mins; Serving Size 200-300g: 11-15 mins
1. Remove all packaging, fry in a small amount of oil over a low-medium heat turning once.
2. Leave to stand for 1 minute. Serve and enjoy.
