Remove sleeve and pierce film lid. Place directly into the microwave and heat on full power for 5 minutes (900w, 800w). Allow to stand for 1 minute. Continue to heat on full power for a further 3 minutes 30 seconds (900w), 4 minutes (800w). Allow to stand for 1 minute. Stir before serving.; Microwave - From Frozen. 900w 13 min, 800w 13 min 30 sec

Continue to heat on full power for a further 6 minutes (900w), 6 minutes 30 seconds (800w). Allow to stand for 1 minute. Stir before serving.; Oven cook - From Chilled. 190°C, Fan 170°C, Gas 5, 30 min
