Beef Black Bean Stir Fry
1. In a wok or large frying pan, heat a tbsp oil over a high heat, add 200g thinly sliced beef steak (or tofu) and stir fry on a high heat for 3 minutes, until the meat is almost cooked.
2. Add a diced red pepper, a diced onion and 150g sugar snap peas, stir fry for 3-4 minutes.
3. Pour over sachet of Black Bean Stir Fry Sauce, stir fry for a further 1-2 minutes.
4. Serve with cooked rice and garnish with spring onions.
