Handle carefully to avoid scalding. Packaging will regain strength on standing.; Microwave - From Frozen. Remove outer packaging and pierce film lid. Place on a microwavable plate and cook on full power for 6 minutes (Cat E/850w, Cat D/750w). Remove film lid and cook on full power for a further 5 minutes 30 seconds (Cat E/850w), 6 minutes (Cat D/750w). Allow to stand for 1 minute.; Oven cook - From Frozen. Pre-heat your oven to 200°C/Fan 180°C/Gas Mark 6. Remove outer packaging and remove film lid. Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven and cook for 40 minutes. Allow to stand for 1 minute.
