200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6, 30 min
Pre-heat your oven as shown. Remove sleeve.
Pierce film lid several times. Place foil tray on a baking tray in the centre of the oven and cook for 15 minutes. Remove film and cook for a further 15 minutes. Remove greaseproof paper before eating.
To serve, carefully separate from the foil tray by running a fish slice along the sides, then lift from the bottom.
