Air Fry - From Frozen. 150°C, 1 hr 15 min
Based on an air fryer minimum capacity of 4 litres and whole pack. Pre-heat air fryer. Remove all packaging. Place turkey joint in basket and place in air fryer. Cook for 1 hour 15 minutes. Leave to stand for 10 minutes before carving.
Caution

Cook before eating. Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat. Cook thoroughly until juices run clear and no pink colour remains.
Safety
Do not wash poultry. Use separate utensils and surfaces for raw meat/fish or wash after use. Wash hands after handling. Unwrap and dispose of packaging carefully; Oven cook - From Frozen. 200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6, 1 hr 40 min - 1 hr 50 min
Pre-heat oven. Remove outer packaging and film lid. Cover with aluminium foil. Place on a baking tray near the middle of the oven. After 70 minutes of cooking at Fan 180°C, or 80 minutes at Conventional 200°C/Gas Mark 6, remove the foil and return to the oven for a further 30 minutes. Leave to stand for 10 minutes before carving.
