Duck/Pancakes:
Remove tray from sleeve. Peel back film and remove pancakes and hoisin sauce. Place tray on a microwavable plate in the microwave. Heat on full power for 35 seconds (800w), 30 seconds (900w). Place pancakes in tray. Heat on full power for 20 seconds (800w), 20 seconds (900w).; Oven cook - From Chilled. 200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6, 10 min
Duck: Pre-heat your oven as shown. Remove tray from sleeve. Remove film, hoisin sauce and pancakes from tray. Place the tray on a baking tray in the centre of the oven. Do not place the tray directly onto the oven shelf. Steam or microwave the pancakes.; Steam - From Chilled. 3-4 min
Pancakes: Remove pancakes from bag. Place in a steamer or on a plate, cover with foil. Steam over a pan of simmering water.
