How to cook
Recipe suggestions:
To make caramalised apple taco bowls you will need:
4 Apples
15g Butter
Serve with:
Ice cream or custard
Method
1. Preheat oven.
Oven 200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6
2. Peel the apples and cut into small chunks.
3. Add the butter to a frying pan and melt over a medium heat.
4. Add the apples to the pan with spice mix and cook for 5 minutes (or until they soften).
5. Add the contents of the maple syrup sauce sachet and stir continuously for 1 minute. Remove from heat.
6. Make the taco bowls. Take a deep muffin tray and press each taco into a muffin space, keeping the edges raised to make a bowl.
7. Place 1/8 of the apple mixture into each taco bowl.
8. Place the muffin tray on the middle shelf of the oven and cook for 10 minutes.
9. Serve with ice cream or custard.
