Cooking Instructions - General. Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat.; Hob - From Ambient. Remove outer packaging. Do not remove film lid. Use a saucepan with a trivet or heat resistant saucer in the base to avoid direct heat. Put the basin on the trivet/saucer. Fill the pan with water to half the height of the basin and cover. Bring to the boil and simmer for 30 minutes. Ensure water does not enter the pudding. Do not allow the pan to boil dry.; Microwave - From Ambient. Remove outer packaging and pierce film lid. Place on a non-metallic plate. Heat on full power for 40 seconds (Cat E/850w) or 50 seconds (Cat D/750w). Leave to stand for 1 minute before serving.
