Cook on full power for 35 seconds (Cat E/850W), 40 seconds, (Cat D/750W).; Oven cook - From Chilled. Pre-heat your oven to 180°C/350°F/Gas Mark 4. Remove all packaging. Place pancake on a baking tray in the centre of the oven and heat for 3-4 minutes.; Shallow Fry - From Chilled. Remove all packaging. Fry each pancake in a little oil for 1-2 minutes, turning occasionally.
