Air Fry - From Frozen. Based on an air fryer minimum capacity of 4 litres and 1 steak.
Pre-heat air fryer to 180°C. Remove all packaging. Place chicken steak in air fryer basket. Cook for 16 minutes turning halfway through cooking time. Leave to stand for 1 minute before serving. When preparing larger portions cooking time may need to be increased.

Pre-heat your oven as shown. Remove all packaging. Place frozen chicken steaks in a single layer on a baking tray and cook in the centre of the oven, turning halfway through cooking time.
