Directions for use
For best results, lightly oil the cups before putting in eggs. Ensure the poacher has enough water to cover the bottom of the egg cups. Use oven gloves to remove the cups on completion of cooking as the release of stem can cause scalding. Take care not to allow the pan to boil dry as this can damage the plastic cups and pan.

Care instructions
Wash before first use. Dishwasher safe. Allow to cool before washing. Loosen any burnt-on food first by soaking in warm soapy water. Avoid the use of harsh scourers or metal utensils, which may damage the non-stick surface. Position the poacher centrally over the hob and do not allow the heat source to extend beyond the width of the base - this will save energy and prevent the handle from becoming excessively hot (the handle and lid knob may become heated to some extent and the use of oven gloves is recommended). Use of the lid will also conserve energy. Use of low to medium heat will help prolong the life of the poacher. Do not slide the poacher on the hob as this may damage the base and leave marks on some hob surfaces. If the handle becomes loose, tighten it using a screwdriver. Handle the glass lid carefully, as hard or repeated knocks could cause it to shatter.
To prevent thermal shock damage to the lid, allow it to cool before immersing in water or placing on a cold or wet surface.
