Safety
Wash hands after handling raw meat and poultry. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from cooked foods. Use separate kitchen utensils and surfaces for raw meat and poultry or wash thoroughly after use.; Grill - From Chilled. Remove all packaging.
Place under a pre-heated medium to high heated grill for 12 minutes, turning once halfway through cooking time.; Shallow Fry - From Chilled. Remove all packaging. Place a little oil in a frying pan.
Fry steaks over a medium-high temperature for 10 minutes, turning once.
