Cooking Instructions - General. For best results microwave from chilled

When removing film lid after heating, do so with caution as hot steam may escape.; Microwave - From Chilled. Remove sleeve and pierce film lid. Place on a microwavable plate. 1 pudding. Heat on full power for 40 seconds (900w/800w).
Allow to stand for 1 minute before serving.; Oven cook - From Chilled. Pre-heat your oven to 180°C/Fan 160°C/Gas Mark 4. Remove sleeve and film lids. Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven and heat for 16 minutes. Allow to stand for 1 minute before serving.
