Cooking Guidelines
Grill - From Chilled. Cooking appliances vary.
These instructions are given as a guide.
Pre-heat the grill for 10 minutes.
Remove the foil lid and sprinkle a sachet of brown sugar on top of the crème brûlée. Place it under the grill. Leave to brown for 5 minutes until the brown sugar has caramelised. Let the caramel cool for a few minutes to get a thin layer of caramel.
