On Full Power: 900 W, Cook Time: 3 Mins, Stand Time: 1 Min; Oven cook - From Chilled. Remove from sleeve and pierce film several times. Place on a baking tray in the middle of a preheated oven at 180°C/350°F / Gas Mark 4 for 20 minutes.
For fan assisted ovens adjust temperature accordingly.
