Cook on full power 900 W, 2 mins, Stand time 1 min; Oven cook - From Chilled. Remove from sleeve and pierce film several times. Place on a baking tray in the middle of a preheated oven at 180°C / Fan 160°C / Gas mark 4 for 25 minutes.
