Cooking Instructions - General. The timings are a guide only. Variations can occur between differing appliances. Two or more packs will require longer cooking time. Before serving, ensure the food is piping hot throughout.
Take care as tray will be hot. Do not reheat.; Microwave - From Chilled. Remove from sleeve and carefully peel back the film on the rice compartment, add 2 teaspoons of water, stir and re-cover. Pierce film lid several times on the curry compartment. Cook as per below;
Cook on full power: 800W 3 1/2 mins; Stand time: 1 min
Cook on full power: 900W 3 mins; Stand time: 1 min; Oven cook - From Chilled. Remove from sleeve and carefully peel back the film on the rice compartment, add 2 teaspoons of water, stir and re-cover. Pierce film lid several times on the curry compartment. Place on a baking tray in the middle of a preheated oven at 180°C / Fan 160°C / Gas mark 4 for 30 minutes.
