McDonnell Spice Bag Recipe
What you Need! (serves 2)
- 2-3 Tablespoons of cooking oil
- 1 Clove of garlic crushed.
- 1 Small onion (sliced).
- 1 Red & 1 green pepper (sliced)
- 1 Red chilli (sliced into rings).
- 2-3 Spring onions (thinly slice
- 6 Cooked breaded chicken goujons
- 2 Handfuls of freshly cooked chips or oven cooked chips.
- 1-2 Tsp of McDonnells spice bag seasoning. Not the whole bag!
Cook up a Storm!
1. In a large wok over a low heat drizzle in the oil.
2. Fry the garlic, then add in onions and peppers and toss.
3. Increase the heat, add in spice bag seasoning and toss.
4. Throw in all the cooked chicken and chips and toss for 30 secs.
5. Add in the chillies & spring onions (add in more spice if required).
6. Keep tossing for 30 to 60 seconds.
7. Serve and Enjoy!!!
Please ensure the food is fully cooked and piping hot before serving.
Perfect for seasonging your favourite foods.
Sprinkle it on chips, chicken goujons, chicken wings, pork ribs, prawns and stir fries.
