Mazola Rapeseed Oil is 100% Rapeseed Oil from specially selected sun ripened crops. The oil is extracted from seeds picked at their peak, crushed and heated. The oil is then fully refined for best quality Rapeseed Oil.

Rapeseed oil is high in Omega 3 and is lower in saturated fat that sunflower, olive and coconut oil. It is free from trans fats and free from genetically modified ingredients or allergens. Suitable for Vegan and Vegetarian diets.

A great everyday oil, from roasting to Sautéing, stir frying and deep frying, it is flavour free and let's the flavour of your food shine through.
